Comments about Astrabeds MilleniumBed:

Ok...so I was skeptical at first about buying a mattress without laying on it. I felt comfortable with the people that I talked to over the phone but it was still a bit unnerving. The 90 day trial period put my mind at ease though. Since I got the bed (about 2 weeks ago) I have loved it more and more each day. Prior to this, I've only been on more traditional mattresses, so it took me a few nights to get adjusted, but I sleep better than ever now!

Previous comments about it being harder than the name brand counterpart are correct...it is slightly harder, but the millenium bed is still oh so comfortable, at a fraction the cost. Totally worth it.

Comments about Astrabeds MilleniumBed:

This bed is firm but soft, motionless but easy to get in and out of, forms to your body but does not feel like a pillow around you. Best deal available.

More like Tempur Cloud Supreme than Luxe

Comments about Astrabeds MilleniumBed:

The mattress is definitely a great value if you are looking for a comparable product to Tempur Pedic but dislike the exorbitant cost. However, the website compares the product to the Tempur Pedic Cloud Luxe but it is more like the Cloud Supreme. This is a soft, supportive mattress and definitely of high quality, but if you are expecting the Tempur Luxe it will be on the firmer side. I will be following "John the picky buyer's" advice and getting a mattress topper to get that extra pillowy softness, then I'm pretty sure I will have the product I was looking for at over 1/2 the cost.

Service & Delivery comments:

My delivery was much faster than expected but had many hiccups. The problem seemed to have stemmed from the delivery company used by Astra Beds, not Astra beds themselves. The shipping confirmation email and tracking number were never generated and sent to me, so when the product shipped and was sent to the wrong place I was unable to catch it in time. Long story short FedEx was fantastic in resolving the issue, but as long as someone is able to be at home to receive it you shouldn't have any problems.

Comments about Astrabeds MilleniumBed:

We have had the bed for a few weeks now, and have no complaints. It is comfortable, supportive, and everything else a memory foam bed should be-except at less than 1/2 the price of other manufactures. However, it is not comparable to the manufacture they claim. It is not as soft as the competetor. But that is an easy fix, just buy a soft down mattress cover, or a low density foam pillowtop and you will have the best of both worlds, still at a fraction of the price. Also, we did not get a box, our bed is on slats and we have no problems.
