I LOVE my new astrabed. I had back surgery a year ago, and have had back pain ever since. The last couple weeks I've had my new mattress, I have actually been waking up without being in pain! It is such a relief!!! I also just got my pillows in the mail, and I'm so excited! They are the most comfortable pillows I have ever had!
The customer service was great! I spoke to Brandon and he was so helpful in helping me decide which mattress was right for me based on what position I sleep in and how firm or soft I like my mattress. So far, it looks like he got it right!!! Thank you so much astrabeds!!!

We were looking for a mattress that gave a great deal of support with out sagging in the middle over time. We highly recommend the Venus for people that need a firm but comfortable mattress. There are no pressure points with this mattress only a great nights sleep!!
The delivery time was excellent. Our mattress arrived in perfect condition.

This is our primary bed and the frame part gets higher marks than the mattress. When it first got opened, it really smelled terrible. We had to put it on the deck in the sun and air it out some so we could stand it after a horrible first night. I sprayed it with febreeze and it didn't touch it. Since they seem to send the mattress first - open it and let it air out for as long as you can so you don't have this problem. After airing it out, the smell diminished a lot and went away after a week.
The mattress is comfortable and is great as a memory foam - but it is HOT if you stay in the same place all night. I am not sure what wil happen in the summer because I pretty much have to lay on my back and can't switch positions. I love the heat right now because it is fall/winter and the extra heat feels good to my back most of the time. I think someone that can change sleeping positions won't have a big a problem with this.
The mattress is comfortable in terms of being not to soft, not too hard. I like that Astrabeds provided the mattress cover and a free set of sheets.
Delivery guys were late because they said one was out sick - not a big deal. They sent the mattress which weighs about 90 pounds to the house about a week earlier than the installation date. This makes NO sense to me - Why didn't they send it to the same place with the rest of the bed. I have severe back problems and the UPS driver just left it leaning against the fence in this huge box. They should have sent it to the same place so that the customer doesn't have to get two people over to put it in the shed or in the house for you to have to trip over for a week!
The delivery men didn't seem to know exactly what they were doing so I didn't leave them alone - In fact, I read the instructions (which they were not doing) and had to tell them how to assemble one part of it because they were asking me what it said! I had to provide the wood screws that they needed to use to attach it to the bed frame because they were not included for some strange reason. They were nice enough but I would have liked for them to at read the directions! It did get done and everything works fine. They took all the boxes and trash with them.

We shopped fairly extensively before we "happened" across the Astra Bed. We can't be more pleased with our purchase! Along with the adjustable bed, the sales representative told us about the chili pad and that was just the supremo topping to an already supremo sleeping experience! We absolutely love our bed!
Delivery was right on time. The delivery men were versed on how to set up the bed and the respect they used when entering our home and setting up the bed was above excellence. They removed their shoes and even washed their hands! Unbelievable service!
